Shipping

Where do you ship to? : We currently only ship to the UK, Northern Ireland and the channel islands.

What carrier do you ship orders with? : We ship all orders with Royal mail.

Do you offer tracking on orders? : Currently we are not offering tracking as a postage option, however for special circumstances we may be able to arrange enhanced postage. Please contact us before placing your order to discuss this possibility.

How much is shipping? : Shipping is a flat rate of £2.95, with free postage over £25.

What should I do if my order has not arrived? : Firstly please check you have allowed enough time for your order to arrive, details can be found in our shipping policy.

Secondly please check that you have used the correct delivery details.

If you have still not received your order or if you have used incorrect delivery details please contact us with a brief summary of the issue and the following information; Your name, Recipients name if different, Delivery address, Order number and your Email address.

Returns & Cancellations

Why has my order been cancelled and refunded? : The most likely reason for this is that you order contains text and/or images judged to be inappropriate or offensive. More details can be found in our refund policy. If you believe this to be a mistake please contact us with the following information; Your name, Recipients name if different, Delivery address, Order number and your Email address.

Can I cancel my order? : Custom orders that have been placed and paid for cannot be cancelled, this is due to our products being custom made and is compliant with UK distance selling regulations.

Do you accept returns? : We do not accept returns of custom made products, however in the unlikely event that there is a fault with your order or if your order was delivered damaged please contact us with a brief summary of the issue and the following information; Your name, Recipients name if different, Delivery address, Order number and your Email address.

Please note we do not refund faulty or damaged orders, however we will replace them as quickly as possible.
